Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it is considered final. Any changes or cancellations can only occur if there is a system error or the event is canceled. If you encounter any issues with the bet, please contact customer support for assistance.

Postponed Events

If an event is postponed but completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, your bet will remain valid. If the event does not take place within the 48-hour period, your bet will be voided, and you will receive a refund.

Incorrect Odds or Listings

In the event that there are incorrect odds or event details listed on the platform, we reserve the right to void any bets placed with those incorrect details. We may adjust the odds if needed, and a notification will be sent to users if any discrepancies are identified.

Suspicious Activity

We actively monitor betting activity for suspicious behavior, including potential fraud and abnormal betting patterns. If any such activity is detected, we may suspend or terminate accounts and cancel bets associated with fraudulent behavior. Users found engaging in fraudulent activity will have their funds refunded and access revoked.

Betting Limits

Betting limits may be applied based on your account history or specific regulatory requirements. These limits are designed to help you gamble responsibly and stay within your financial means. We may update these limits periodically.

Event Settlement

Bets will be settled according to the official results from relevant sporting authorities or official event governing bodies. If an event’s result is disputed or unclear, we will use the most reliable and official source of information available.

Void Bets

If an event is canceled or abandoned before it begins, all bets placed on that event will be voided and refunded. Similarly, if the event is abandoned after it has started, all bets may be voided, and refunds will be issued depending on the nature of the abandonment.

Live Betting Delays

Live betting odds are updated in real-time, and all bet placement times are accurately recorded to ensure fairness. Please be aware that there may be slight delays due to technical factors, and you may not always see the most current odds when placing a live bet.

Bonus Bets

Bonus bets are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. These requirements must be met before you can withdraw any winnings derived from bonus bets. Bonus bets cannot be used in combination with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

Betting on Future Events

For bets placed on future events, such as championships or tournaments, the odds may fluctuate based on market movements, injuries, or other factors. All bets placed are locked in at the odds available at the time of the bet confirmation.
